Before you ask
Is there VAT on top?
No. I am not VAT registered, so the price you see is the price you pay.
What if it goes over?
It does not. The price is fixed when we agree the job. If you ask for something extra halfway through, I quote that separately before doing it.
Why more than the £99 sites I keep seeing?
Those are templates with your name dropped in, and a lot of them rent you the site rather than sell it. Mine are written for your trade and the domain is yours. If a template is all you need, take it — you will not offend me.
Do I have to take the monthly?
No. You can take the site and host it yourself. Most sparkies would rather not think about backups and updates, which is what the £39 buys.
What happens if I stop paying the monthly?
The site is still yours. I hand over the files and help you move it somewhere else. You just look after it from then on.
Why is local search dearer than the site itself?
Because it is ongoing work every month, and it comes with your town locked — I turn away other electricians in your area for as long as you are on it.
